30-day hassle-free returns on unworn pieces in original packaging.
We want you to love your XAH piece. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- Personalized or final-sale items may not be eligible
- Proof of purchase is required
How to Start a Return
- Contact us via Contact page with your order number
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item securely using a trackable service
- Refund processed within 5–10 business days after inspection
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- Quality or defect issues (our responsibility): If your item arrives defective, damaged in transit due to our packaging, or materially not as described, we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund including your original outbound shipping where applicable.
- Change of mind, sizing, or other non-defect reasons (buyer responsibility): Return shipping, customs charges, and any re-delivery fees are paid by the customer. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by local consumer law.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. For buyer-initiated returns, outbound shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns due to our error or a confirmed quality defect, we refund the full amount paid including standard shipping.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Contact us within 30 days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Return shipping for exchanges follows the same rules above unless the exchange is due to our error or a defect.
EU Customers
EU consumers retain statutory withdrawal rights under applicable local law, in addition to our 30-day return policy where permitted. Statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
