Are prices shown on the website?

This is an inquiry catalog — public prices are not listed. Message us for availability, lead time, and personalized recommendations.

Are the listed maison names official partnerships?

Independent showcase of pre-owned luxury edits. Maison names reflect style inspiration only — not affiliation, sponsorship, or authorization. Message us on WhatsApp or Telegram for availability.

Do you ship internationally?

XAH serves clients in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Middle East (GCC), and worldwide. Shipping details are confirmed per inquiry.

How long does delivery take?

Lead time and transit depend on the piece and destination. We confirm estimated dispatch and delivery windows when we reply to your inquiry.

Will I pay import duties or VAT?

International parcels may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, or brokerage fees depending on your country. We explain likely charges when we confirm your order details.

What information should I include in my inquiry?

Product name or link, preferred color, size (if applicable), destination country, and timeline. Photos or reference styles help us respond faster.

How quickly will you reply?

What should I send when inquiring about a bag?

Include the listing link or model name, preferred size (for example 25 / 28 / 32), color, and hardware (gold, silver, or mixed). Stamp photos or year help if you have a specific piece in mind.

How do I ask about shoe size?

Send your usual EU shoe size and whether you run narrow or wide. If you also wear US or UK sizes, include those. We confirm the last and any size-up notes before you commit.

Can you help with ring size or necklace length?

Yes. Share a ring that already fits (inner diameter in mm) or a necklace length you wear daily. Charts are on the Size Guide. For earrings and bracelets, tell us if you prefer a quieter everyday scale or a statement piece.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Gift-ready packing is available on request. Note the occasion and any card message in your inquiry so we can confirm what ships with the piece.
